"My vehicle’s multipurpose camera failed recently, triggering several error codes and disabling the cruise control. After receiving a steep quote from a local dealer, I decided to order a replacement camera and install it myself. The swap was quick and easy—but the ADAS system still required a full recalibration before everything would work properly.
I called ADAS Calibration Services on the Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Joe responded almost immediately and was able to schedule me for Saturday morning. According to Google, they aren’t even open on Saturdays, but Joe welcomed me in with a smile, explained exactly what the calibration involved, and got right to work.
The entire process took about an hour. Their waiting area was comfortable and well-appointed, making the time pass quickly. After finishing the calibration, Joe reviewed everything he had done and made sure any remaining ADAS-related codes were checked and cleared.
All in all, Joe turned what could have been an expensive, frustrating repair into a smooth, affordable, and genuinely pleasant experience. Hopefully this new camera lasts the life of the vehicle—but if it doesn’t, my first call will absolutely be to Joe and ADAS Calibration Services."
"The adaptive cruise control in my 2012 Audi A6 would not work because the lane assist camera in the windshield stopped working. I sent the camera to a shop to get it repaired but was told it was unrepairable. I tried to purchase a new camera from an internet retailer but was told it is no longer in production. I then called the local Audi dealership, their parts department told me they could get one for $2400. Their price was double what the online retailer quoted before they knew it wasn’t available. I then found a used one from a salvage yard online. The listing said it was tested and works. I purchased it and installed it. When I started the car the message said ACC and brake assist unavailable. I purchased equipment to hook the car to my computer thru the OBD2 port. The software said VIN mismatch error. The VIN programmed in the module must match the VIN of the vehicle. I could get the module to work if I deleted the error but when the car was restarted the error came back. I had to delete it every time I started the car. I found out that I needed ADAS programming. I found several businesses online that claimed to do this service. When I called them most of them said to go to the dealership for this programming. I called a few dealerships within a 500 mile radius. I took the car to one a couple hundred miles away. They tried to program the used module but couldn’t get it to work. At this point about 6 months had passed. I said a prayer for guidance to get the cruise control working. The next day I got a text from Joe at ADAS Calibration Services. He said they got new equipment and thought it could solve my problem. I dropped the car off around 3 in the afternoon on Monday. He texted the next morning around 9 a.m. and said I was good to go. Joe was able to program the module at a very fair price. His expertise is very valuable! The cruise control works perfectly now! "After a minor accident, the ACC radar on my Honda Fit had to be replaced and reprogrammed (the ACC light kept flashing amber). I replaced the radar myself with a brand new OEM one but didn’t have tools to reprogram. So, I took it to a Honda dealership, thinking they had the best tools and skill to do it quickly. They kept the car for a few weeks and failed to reprogram the radar. Yet, they charged me over $700 (yes, for a job they did not do) telling me they tried many times and there is “definitely something wrong” with the car. I was frustrated and losing my hope when I came across “ADAS calibration services”. Joe was very responsive and took my car in the same day for a free diagnostic (free! vs $200 at Honda dealer). Guess what, the car was ready for a pick up in a few hours, with the radar reprogrammed and no more error codes and flashing dash lights. I am really appreciative of the job done quickly and professionally AND at a much lower cost the dealer would charge. Would definitely recommend to skip the dealer and go directly to Joe’s shop for any ADAS/radar needs. "

"ADAS did a full collision calibration for my ES350. Service was less than an hour and great availability to schedule. I took to a body shop and they wanted $800 for multi phase calibration. ADAS just saved me $550. Joe was great and would highly recommend for calibration services."
